Successful market transformation was achieved by Enbridge Gas Distrubution in Ontario, Canada; Gaz Metro and Gaziefère in Quebec, Canada.

Enbridge Gas Distribution – the largest supplier of natural gas in OntarioEnbridge Residential Program – ran from April 2007 to its completion date of Dec 31st, 2009. Residential customers with radiators or fin-type convectors were offered free Novitherm Heat Reflectors that they installed themselves. Customers paid a $25 shipping and handling fee to receive an average of $200 worth of Novitherm Heat Reflectors

Gaz Metro – the principal distributor of natural gas in QuebecGaz Metro Novitherm Heat Reflector program – in Quebec, ran from January 2003 thru its completion date of October 31st, 2009. Gaz Metro Novitherm Heat Reflector Program for Commercial and Institutional customers – ran from January 2003 through its completion on October 31st, 2009. Working in partnership with the Energy Efficiency Fund in Quebec, Novitherm Heat Reflectors were offered to commercial and institutional customers who had completed a series of building audits, as a stand-alone energy efficiency upgrade measure.

Gaziefère – a subsidiary of Enbridge Gas Distribution, Gazifère distributes natural gas to customers in the western Quebec area. Gazifère Novitherm Heat Reflector Program for Commercial and Institutional customers – ran from September 2004 through its completion on October 31st, 2009. Working in partnership with the Energy Efficiency Agency of Quebec, Gazifère offered its commercial and institutional customers who had completed a series of building audits, Novitherm Heat Reflectors as a stand-alone energy efficiency upgrade measure.
